학사시스템에 본인 영문성명이 올바르게 입력되어 있는지 사전에 확인하시고, 필요한 경우 수정
※ 졸업관리시스템 내의 영문명은 학사시스템에 자동 반영되지 않음
※ 철자, 대/소문자, 띄어쓰기, 성/이름 순서 모두 재확인 필요

다. 기타 유의사항
- 학사시스템 영문성명을 기준으로 학위기 및 각종 증명서류 발급 예정
- 영문명 오기로 인한 학위기 재발급 절대 불가
▣ 참고사항
인쇄된 제목과 졸업관리시스템의 학위논문/프로젝트관리에 입력된 제목은 반드시 일치하여야 함.
(일치하지 않으면 증명서를 발급할 때 제목이 바르게 나타나지 않음)
